HDC Initiated and Approved Since Incorporation (Oct 27, 2015)
770 Whetter Ave is located off Westminister Ave, east of Wellington Road. The development will have 54 units, 4 units will be market units and 3 units will be dedicated to Community Living London clients. Features of the building will include balconies, individual heating/cooling in each unit and common laundry facility. Construction will begin Spring 2018 with occupancy in late 2019.

25 Centre Street is a brownfield incentive that will be Phase 2 to the existing Phase One building currently under construction. Phase 2 will include a mix of affordable and market rent units for a total of 82 units. Features will include balconies and common laundry facility.
45 Centre Street is a brownfield incentive that will have a mix of affordable and market rental units for a total of 61 units. This development will have some specific units designed in partnership with DeafBlind Ontario Services to house their clients. Key features include 5 fully accessible units and central air throughout the building.

356 Dundas Street is located on a prime infill in the downtown core between Waterloo and Colborne Streets. Woodfield gate has entered into an agreement with Indwell Community Homes as the provider of tenant support services for the building. It will provide 67 one-bedroom affordable rental units, 10 of which will be provided to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Each floor will have its own common laundry room and two bicycle storage rooms on the ground floor. There will also be tenant common space, a landscaped common courtyard and security cameras. Construction is nearing completion with occupancy expected June 2019.
1090 Hamilton Road will have 54 affordable units and 6 market units. Features include balconies, on-site laundry, and will provide housing for veterans. Construction is set to begin in spring 2019 with occupancy in the fall of 2020.
1045 Dundas Street is located west of the former Kellogg’s facility. The development will have 41 one-bedroom units. Features include indoor/outdoor amenity space, onsite superintendent, and close proximity to the Western Fair farmers market. Construction is set to begin in spring 2019 with occupancy in the fall of 2020.
Transitioned to HDC and Under Development
The development is located on Dundas Street in between Clarence and Wellington Streets, listed as a priority one heritage building. The building is formally operated as a restaurant and nightclub and will provide 33 one-bedroom affordable rental units. The main floor is designed for commercial use.
The building is within walking distance of other businesses and services of the downtown core which include a grocery store, banking, restaurants, Covent Garden Market, Budweiser Gardens, and the Fanshawe College downtown campus. Construction is underway with an anticipated completion in early 2020.
